I used to say that I’m an “Aspiring Author”, until I read this great post: 5 Reason to drop ‘Aspiring’ from ‘Aspiring Author’.
For all of the 5 reasons listed in the article, I am now and henceforth a Writer!
Once I get published … then I’ll probably switch over to ‘Author’ … but who knows for sure?
I will forever be learning the art and craft of writing, usually self-taught through reading and writing exercises, but I do have my favorite mentors that I seem to always gravitate towards.
